I spent the weekend at one of the most beautiful beaches
I’ve been to in the country. Playa Cosón
is a small beach near Las Terrenas on the Peninsula of Samaná. We stayed at a friend’s house directly on the
beach without another house in view. The
views were absolutely amazing. Besides enjoying time on the beach we also did
some exploring and ATV riding. It was an
amazing weekend!

| This secret trail led up to great views. |
This guy led us up a hill to a hidden cave by carving the
path with his machete. The cave was really
neat and full of bats. Locals told me
about living in the cave to survive a hurricane.
